novice to advanced triathletes. Each program is
broken down into specific training phases, each phase itself consists of
training sessions with a clear rational. We work towards a goal with you. We
teach you how to train efficiently.

DISCOVER Program
The Discover program offers a choice of 9 training sessions weekly (3 swim sessions, 4 run sessions, 2 bike sessions). This is our most popular program due its comprehensiveness and the flexibility that it offers. More.

Discover-LIGHT Program
The Discover-Light program is an
introduction to triathlon with only three training sessions a week,
i.e. one training session in each of the three disciplines
(swimming, cycling, running).

EXPLORE Program
We offer a program for women only, tailored to be a sociable,
non-intimidating setting for women to get into the sport of
triathlon. The program is a combination of both fitness building
and technical refinement in the three disciplines.

COMBO Program
The combo program is a combination of the
Discover and Explore programs and offers women access to 11
training sessions a week.
