We provide science-based training programs for ALL levels, from novices to advanced triathletes, whether your goal is to complete your first sprint triathlon, get healthier and fitter or improve your Ironman time.

We provide the following services:

 Our group training package options are:

  • NEW! 10/20 package:          low commitment - high flexibility, block of 10 or 20 training sessions

  • DISCOVER package:             6 or 12 months commitment, access to 9 sessions a week

  • DISCOVER-LIGHT package:    4 months commitment, access to 3 sessions a week

  • EXPLORE package:              for women only, 3, 6 or 12 months commitment, access to 3 sessions a week
