Freezing Policy

Most Tribob members travel extensively for business or visit for a few weeks every year their home country. In addition, it is not unlikely for our members to have injuries that prevent them from training for a certain period of time.

For this reason we give our members the option to freeze their membership based on the below terms and conditions:

• The minimum freezing period is one month

• The total freezing period can only be a multiple of one month (for example from March 12 to April 11 or May 11 or June 11, etc.)

• A "freeze-fee" equivalent to 25% of the value of your membership during the frozen period applies

• Maximum number of frozen months in 12-month membership = 6

• Maximum number of frozen months in 6-month membership = 3

• Maximum number of frozen months in 4-month membership = 2

• Maximum number of frozen months in 3-month membership = 1

• Members are required to notify us by email (admin@tribob.com) of intention to freeze membership

• An invoice will be issued to you for the calculated freeze-fee

• Freezing of membership is confirmed upon receipt of payment of freeze-fee

• Members are strictly not allowed to join any training sessions during the frozen period but may attend workshops, lectures and consultations with coaches
