The Explore Program is a training program for women only, tailored to be a sociable, non-intimidating setting for women to get into the sport of triathlon. The program is a combination of both fitness building and technical refinement in the three disciplines, we take all levels, from pure beginners to seasoned athletes. Weekly training schedule The program consists of 4 weekly training sessions:
Membership The Explore membership is based on a commitment of 1 year, 6 months or 3 months.
