Triathlon Training
 
 

The Explore Program is a training program for women only, tailored to be a sociable, non-intimidating setting for women to get into the sport of triathlon. The program is a combination of both fitness building and technical refinement in the three disciplines, we take all levels, from pure beginners to seasoned athletes.
 

Weekly training schedule

The program consists of 4 weekly training sessions:

The combo program is a combination of the Discover and Explore program and allows members to access both evening (Discover) and morning sessions (Explore).
